Body Measurements
Weight, height, biceps, chest, narrow waist, hips, thighs, calves, knees, shoulders & neck.
Health Measurements
BMI, target heart rate, waist/height ratio, waist/hip ratio, body fat %, fat free mass, BMR & ideal weight range.
These are like specs.
