I have been using this program since way back when it was poser 3 and been loving it every since. The best thing about it is that all of the models are pre made, meaning you do not have to do any complicated rigging of figures. Poser comes packed with great content so you can start using it right away, but there are many poser related sites where you can download even more content, and some are even free! It also comes with a very detailed manual that is tailor made for beginners. I have made tons of animations and artwork with this program over the years, It cost about $399.00 brand new, but now you can buy it for around $129.00 bucks.

I guess this software is very useful for beginners and pros alike. It is a bit pricey as you mentioned, but if it is as good as you described it, then it is worth its cost. Thank you for sharing this.
