I think this is way too late as trucks are going electric and won't need this power source. We have seen fully electric trucks already and this may be used for a few years, but the costs of setting it up won't be worth the hassle. Trucking companies are already looking at the electric options and they will get rid of their fleets. There is no future with fossil fuel engines and I cannot see this taking off. Siemens have developed this 10 years too late to make an impact.
