If you run a small bakery or if you're one of those moms who are always in charge of bake sales and just love giving away baked goods to friends and neighbors, then you're going to find this very useful. The device looks a little too cumbersome, but it seems to work simple enough. I just hope the grid cutter and handles can work on other pans with the same size and shape as the ones that come with the set.
