When you use Google Sheets Googl knos what is going through your sheets. Imagine you are running a business and someone at Google reads your content. It doesn't normally happen. But they do have access to everything you do. the same can be said about any other spreadsheet on cloud. But we can't just be doing everything offline on MS Office and transfer using USB.
Everything is free to use at the moment. You can use Arcane Sheets on mobile or on web. It's GDPR compliant and the company doesn't get access to your files.
