I'm actually really glad I stumbled upon this. I'll be following the project closely now. This is something I'd really like to see using a popular blockchain like Ethereum, or even Steem. I had this same idea! However, I'm not nearly savvy enough to have built it, and I'm just glad someone did. I'm sure this tech will find its way to the mainstream like Karma hotspot did years ago.
