It's really awesome wearable devices for helping us stopping bad habit. Just with simple work, trigger our brain by detection our gestures. I have a bad habit of biting my nail when I am unconscious, nervous or when I am confused and my nails are very bad, one way I do it is to routinely cut it in 3-5 days.
