Looks fun! Have you played Game Dev Tycoon or Prison Architect, reminds me a little about those games.

The game looks like it has a lot of features and you may go crazy while trying to manage everything in more advance gameplays. Worth checking out, I'm going to sake it to my Steam's Wishlist and wait to see if it goes on sale.
