Here is a absolute unique concept: Build a House or Office with all the freedom in design you can possibly imagine. Most 'lego'-type house concepts are based on a fixed design in which the interior can be customised.
PopUp concept takes it a step further: It allows to customise the frame and shapes of the house as well!
With the help of your architect, design the plans for your house and its interior layout according to your taste and budget. There is no predetermined size, nor imposed shape. You can also add an additional story or an accessible roof terrace.

I love the modern look that this pop up house has and the fact you are not limited to any specific size and can build according to your budget. I think as a guest house it would be ideal or a weekend retreat. personally i don't like a house made solely out of timber and would want something a little more durable. Great hunt.
Thanks for your response. Part of the houses is concrete; One of the photos seems to show the whole house can be made of concrete, but it is not 100% clear to me indeed.
