The challenge in Digital Product design is to give the product a handmade look and feel. The problem increases when the products requires customisation and personalisation delivering unique products.
Uformia solved this issue by allowing mathmetical based product design adding mathmatical functions to add 'handmade' effects to the design.
Through volumetric modeling, Uformia transforms the designed product (100% mathmatical defined) into voxels (3d pixels) required for fabrication using eg 3D printing technology. In this process, another unique elements is included: never ending up with a production design file with missing pixels, also called "watertight" at all times.
Result
With Uformia SymvolTM 100% unique products can be created based on a single design. Super cool for the consumer and the product creator. In addition, this technology allows biometric based products, like shoes, wearables and more.
