As I meditate every day, I find this kind of game very interesting, because you can not be destructed by the enviroment or the presence of other people in the room. Plus, this breathing game can help us in focusing and concentration, throught this exercice. I like the life tree moment, because you feel like you are one with the nature, our breathing give life to a tree :) Excellent hunt!
