It looks great and it's useful as well, no question about it. My only problem with it is that in my country you're not allowed to get on the bus or subway with drink or food.
However, I'm glad Toronto citizens get to enjoy it.
Your buses/subway must be clean then. :D
Although the product is based in Toronto, the website claims that New York is number one in terms of usage. After that its London, Melbourne and then Toronto.
You're right, busses are clean.
Looks like a good idea and it has a future.
