Lose belly fat is an app that helps you get rid of unwanted belly fat through everyday training and exercises. The app has a list of animated exercises that runs through a span of 30 days.

There are a lot of unique fixtures about this app.

  • it comes with animated video where one can see what to do

  • it also comes with voice instructions.

  • it also has a reminder option where it reminds you of particular things

  • it has the language options where you can choose your language.

Lose belly fat is easily accessible and it does not require a registration. You just indicate your gender and you are in. Another feature I like about Lose belly fat is that its exercises are from the scratch and you can start from anywhere you like.

If you have belly fat and you want to get rid of it, I suggest you try lose belly fat. Though I don't have belly fat but my belly looks fat due to intake of beer. Lose belly fat to my rescue. I believe it is the best app for those that wants to burn their belly fats

    • It has animated tutorial that it guides to your journey of transformation
    • It helps you to be motivated in order to reach the fitness goal of your life

    Pros :

    • I believe this is the application I need to begin losing some belly fats without using special equipments.
    • The app is available on Google Play Store for free anytime.
    • It's user friendly, has animated exercises for beginners and pros.
    • You can start getting rid the belly fats at home.

    Cons :
    I can't find any cons on this one.

      • It is free and no charges in it which makes it a super effective tutorial and guide for your body figure.
      • It does help track your weight whether you have gained or lost, a good way to monitor them every now and then, making sure that you are on the right track.
      • It has daily workout tracker which provides you your burned calories.
      • This application is both suitable for beginners and pro which there are many workout exercises from easy to hard.

      • This application features a lot of various exercises personalized for each one .
      • There are various difficulty levels
      • You obtain daily analysis of you workout .
      • The application is free to use .

      • The application has too many ads .

      • good way to help me loose some weight
      • come with voice instruction so that I don't need to look at the phone while doing exercise
      • Have video so that I can know if I am doing correctly

        • Animated videos for begginers and people who haven't trained a lot.
        • it also has voice instructions
        • you can choose lvl which depends if you're begginer, intermediate or "hard core"
