Due to the market downfall, the number of unemployed workers increased tremendously. The freelancing market dominated almost 35% of the U.S. Workforce and almost 20% globally. Due to the rise of digitalization, including the elements such as smartphone apps, online marketplaces, or even blockchain technology, now workers can work independently own their bespoke workplaces. The competence of freelancing enabled us to support our living and to pursue in an industry that we are fond of. However, freelancing is not the easiest to be achieved without a proper platform to create a connection globally. Thus, the introduction of Ethlance is perfect to improve the freelancing market.

What is Ethlance?

Since Ethlance is a District0x governed platform, therefore, you are required to create a MetaMask wallet prior to opening an account on Ethlance. Ethlance uses a traditional approach to job hunting through resume uploading and waiting for an employer to contact them for a job. However, job hunter can apply for a job directly by contacting an employer with their skill set and get paid in cryptocurrencies when it's done.

How does it work?

Firstly to initial this program, you need to install MetaMask Chrome Extension & create a wallet to receive your payment. To become a freelancer, simply apply for a job and to create a job for employer. Once the job process is completed, the freelancer should an invoice and leave a feedback to the employer and vise-versa for the employer.
