Pros:

  • Do exercise in the comfort of your home
  • Guided with tons of video tutorials on how to be in good shape
  • You can save more by using home workouts rather than paying to the gym
  • Ideal for busy individuals

Cons:

  • It only supports Spanish language, I hope it will be expanded and I guess English is better and appropriate one.
