Sakay.ph is a little nifty app for commuters in Manila (Philippines) who don’t know all the public transport lines.
Originally started as a SMS directions system, Sakay has now evolved to mobile app. With Sakay commuters can easily find the shortest public transportation routes to their destination.
Sakay even includes Jeepney routes and GT Express routes. Which, in Manila, is a gift for anyone not interested in traveling by cab/Grab.
Sakay.ph is available both for Android and iPhone.

Think so. Unless the transportation dept. in Cebu has a data feed with all itineraries, then they can implement that feed and you can also have it in cebu.
