Surely you have ever seen those super futuristic and incredible choreographies where the dancers seem to be making a movie combined with graphics and background images, making us believe that they are inside the images, well that they do basically with this type of screens that are interactive and that have a system of capture and tracking of movement that allows people to get into the images.
Leia Display X-300 is a fully interactive and multi-touch screen capable of projecting holographic images so that content creators can simply let their imagination fly.

This tech is so exciting.
I'm not sure it's ready for home use, but for performances and staged events, it will add so much to the experience. Imagine a music concert, play or other entertainment event - the possibilities are endless.
And what about learning environments? The interactivity of these displays make them great for teaching - for any age.
There are just so many applications and possibilities - and as time passes, more of us should be able to experience it.
And who knows how this tech will develop as it matures?

3d printing has made unprecedented progress over the course of last 5 years. But I have a feeling that the holographic imaging is not advancing at a matching pace.
I wonder what are the challenges that are hindering the progress of this tech.
Looking at Leia makes me happy may be because it is one of very few holographic products that I encountered recently...
