I'll be curious to see how this tool works and what degree of confidence I have in it's output. Valuation discussions tend to get nutty especially for #tech #startups without a proven track record. A reference tool that's defensible, reliable and easlily validated by #investors is a great idea. I def. will check it out - thanks for sharing! cjb
