hello good post i want to ask question one of my family member ear damage from inside and she cannot bear the sound and feel pain in head will it help her ?
erk ... I think he/she needs to consult with a doctor and identify how bad the damage is. dBud is only to protect your ears from harmful sounds and I don't think it will help to fix the damage.
