This is cool, contributors and maintainers are rewarded for their contribution to open source projects. Anyway, can user withdraw it into fiat or they have their own token or currency?

It's a new system. Yes users can withdraw manual and have to withdraw more than $ 100 at least. They only use american dollar for this (as far as I know). They can go to a coin in the future. Maybe Steem knows who. Thanks :)
Cryptocurrency like STEEM would be better option :D It doesn't matter if they only use US Dollar as long as they support PayPal to withdraw it into fiat.
Yes, it would be much better :) . Unfortunately I don't have any information about paypal.
