I'm fascinated about weirder and unusual sources we have seen on textile manufacturing these days. One of those ecotextiles is Crabyon a biodegradable fabric similar to Rayon fiber. The shells of crabs, shrimps or sellfishes have a natural compound called Chitin, this protect them from environment, Chitosan is an antibacterial and fungicidal material derivated from Chitin wich blended with Viscose produces Crabyon, a biodegradable and hygienic with odor control properties material. The source to obtain it is the waste of crabmeat manufacturing. The swiss company Swicofil mainteins that it's a safe fabric for people who suffers allergies even to sellfishes since it's been processed getting a hypoallergenic material good for sensitive skins, also ideal for medical uses as socks for diabetics or antimicrobial medical dressings.

LOLOL but yesterday everybody was fascinated about clothes made from descomposed milk...at least this has marine smells😋🌊 and it's antibacterial👌😜
