RE: Pure2Go - Water Purifier, Don't Just Filter, Purify Instead
One of the biggest problems facing mankind today is access to clean drinking water.
And this product looks like a solution to that problem - on the surface. Because, at $95 it costs possibly more than those affected by the problem could ever hope to pay. Which isn't the product maker/manufacturer's problem (so this isn't a criticism).
So, if this can be a step in the right direction, maybe the tech can advance, get cheaper over time, and we can get tech like this into the hands of those who actually need it - not someone from a first-world country who doesn't want to carry an extra bottle of Evian on a camping trip.
And, before anybody gets too comfortable, as the climate continues to shift (for whatever reason), experts are projecting that lack of clean drinking water will become a problem for whole new areas, and millions more people.
So, keep your fingers crossed for this tech.
