There is a saying "small but terrible" and I think this robot is. It is just about 20mm and yet so precised and so fast when working. It can perform 15 to 20 times higher frequency than other Delta robots. It can perform tasks with micrometer precision and limited space since it is very small.
Other use cases as I quote from the website:
In addition, its small form factor makes it suitable for integration with existing devices; for example, as a tremor cancelling end effector for micromanipulation or microsurgery. Additional applications for this robot include its use in small-scale pick-and-place processes, such as circuit-board population or cell manipulation.

Howdy macoolette! hey this little robot is fascinating! I mean, I don't know or understand what all it can do but it sure looks remarkable and durable. It's great to see advancements which will hopefully be used to benefit mankind.
Well, the robot is just a prototype and not a finish product. There are few use cases on the website though like you, I don't really understand the actual application of this robot. 😂
