Reading the short description, I yhought this is a performance evaluation software. I read further the hunter's comment and noted

contests and competitions organizers, loans and grants givers,

Which makes me wonder, how is that? Maybe you can help elaborate further?

I am yet to relate to those other purposes of this software but it is cool to think that such software has the ability to cater to different types of businesses.
