To meant that this product is free. So that means everything is done for you for free on a cloud-based security? I have to admit I am skeptical about it. Why? How are they suppose to maintain a reliable product without a source to maintain it?

I wondered what HSM is means so I checked and found out it is hardware security module. How can a physical module be in the cloud?
