    Pros:-

    • Hands free since wearing it on hand
    • Washable is great to ensure hygiene
    • Easy to drink without even holding it
    • FDA approved material plastic used for manifacturing

    Cons:-

    • Can only fill 350 ml of water that may not be enough for long distance jogging (Low water capacity probably needed to ensure light mass of bottle so just need to find refill point)
