Normaly i use imageresizer to do it on my pc. This one is from web but i think i could be better if it was a desktop programm or for an application for smartphones. Also uploding and downloading will effect to your internet data if you have limited internet its not a good idea. Thanks for sharing it
yea you are right .. thats just the Cons of the web app.
