We all spend a big important time of our life at work and it tends to be like the second family. Also we want to thrive at what we are doing and grow together with the company.

BEHAVOX comes and tries to ensure that we all give what is needed in order to ensure the drive of the success at work. It analyzes the activity in every corner of of the workplace to discover a treasure trove of valuable insights. It does that through:

acoustic and voice analysis on top of email or regular channels for people analytics
3 weeks analysis cycle to see first insights
machine learning and AI driven technology to give results
compliance, gain, boost and motivate modules

I myself like different behaviors and I think that having an AI harvesting all of that and putting the people in the right places is quite amazing with this platform. If put in the right hands, it can do so much good in a company!
