I know, I just scanned the guidelines at first. But now I read them carefully and saw with the search on the website, that DeepL was already suggested. Too bad. The second product I will present has not yet been presented.
Muss ich mal ausprobieren, ich benutze meisten linguee- aber nicht für ganze Texte.
Habe damit mal ein gesamtes Angebot 8 Seiten technischer Text übersetzt.
Ging sehr gut. Ein paar Korrekturen mussten natürlich gemacht werden.
Aber ich würde sagen dass ich ca. 5x schneller fertig war als wenn ichs 1:1 von Hand gemacht hätte.
Das ist die selbe Firma, aus den Erfahrungen mit Linguee ist DeepL entstanden.

The killer question for me is: is there an App, or isn't it?
Translation is most usefull for me while i'm on the road, and currently i'm stuck to the Microsoft Translator, as it even offers to store a basic vocabulary offline on the phone.
Well if you bookmark the DeepL Page in your mobile browser, you can use it very fast.
But if you need an offline version, DeepL won´t work.
It´s also not available as an app due to its complex infrastructure and environment, which cannot be stored or ported to a mobile device.

Der @hasenmann hat es quasi schon komplett beantwortet. DeepL liefert mit Abstand die beste Übersetzung aber da es keine App gibt, ist die Offline-Nutzung nicht möglich.
Jep, ich verstehe auch den Zusammenhang, wenn die Intelligenz auf dem Server liegt. Das ist ja nicht nur ein simples Wörterbuch, daß man inkl. ein paar Standardsätzen auch offline ablegen kann.
Hi @oliverschmid, thanks for this interesting information. Tested Deepl once, too. I usually use the Office Translator (only included in the subscription package). This is much more accurate than the Google translator. But this tool here is truly the better one.

Since yesterday, thanks to your post, I'm using DeepL. I compare the results with the translators from Microsoft and Goggle. DeppL will definitely become an important tool in my collection. Thank you again.

Zu DeepL gibts hier bei Steemit auch schon einige Einträge. Hatte den letztens auch in der Verwendung. Aber wie gesagt, da gibts genug Beiträge dazu.

Ich wollte auch einfach mal @steemhunter testen und war dabei etwas
schludrigübereifrig, wie Du meiner Antwort an @urbangladiator auch entnehmen kannst. Nun weis ich aber wie der Hase läuft. :)Ich benutze es wirklich sehr oft, gerade für grössere Text und man kann dann auch noch entsprechend einzelne Wörter anpassen, einfach super das Ding.
Bei mir ist DeepL auch regelmäßig im Einsatz, möchte das nicht mehr missen.
