Looks like a very useful app.

Pros :

• great way to connect with other local musicians
• free to use (I assume)
• using current / latest technology
• easy to use
• ability to search by radius

Cons :

• is it only for iPhone? Any android version yet?
• will need to reach a critical mass to be most useful
