pros:

Advanced, innovative and hassle free
Isn't complicated to set up and great app for people who don't have knowledge with regards to coding
Brilliant interface that it's easy and ideal for amateurs.

cons:

None that I can see here.

Pros :

A great way to create your own android apps into your smartphone
You can easily program, compile and even run it into your device
No complicated setup needed you just need to install the software
You can easily share your finished projects
You can also like and comment your favorite projects
Once you finished your project it will automatically translate into Java and XML
Fully compatible with Android Studio
You can download the app in Google Play

Cons :

It does need some basic programming language to full understand the concept and how to use the application
