You can swipe the workout, like tinder, if you are bored, or if you want to change it.
You can chat live with the team for personal coaching, and you can get answers for your questions.
You can get nutritional guidance.
If you say your achieve like leaning musicle or losing body fat etc. you will get a plan for your goal.
Professional trainers will be available 7/24.
You will see videos of more than 1800 exercises, which were created by professional personal trainers.
You will see statistics of your workouts.
It is available for ios, It is free of charge but also in-app purchases.
Its free version has more than 100 workouts.
30 Days Membership is 6.99 GBP, Basic Subsciption is 7.49 GBP and 12 Months Membership is 69.99 GBP.
It also has 7 days trial.
