In the mornings are you generally late, because of falling asleep after your alarm clock?
By this application, you cannot dismiss this alarm, if you don't have the steps you customize, it means that you have to get up, hold the phone in your hand and step enough to disable it.
It may be a great solution for not falling sleep again after alarm clock.
And also it has smart algorythm, you cannot cheat by shaking, if you do, it punishes you with additional steps.
It is both available for ios and Android.
