$3600 seems to be very high to me ($300 monthly for 12 months) for disabled people, though the product is definitely going to bring betterment for them, who cannot drive a motorized wheelchair using their hands now. May be only a few can afford this.
Yes, the amount is a bit on the higher side but I feel it would come down soon as more companies come with similar offerings.
