The kind of heart trackers i see these days make me feel relaxed about possible future heart problems relating to excessive exercise because these trackers help monitors our heart rates and inform us when we are over doing it.7 day data is a bit short if you ask me but it is a step ahead and i hope it will be reviewed to stay longer.
