I do not see it "very useful".
Peeling eggs is easy.
But it does not stop being technology, it's a different way of doing this task

I suffer peeling eggs, so for me it is very useful. I take about 30 minutes or more trying to peel eggs.
For some it will be easier to peel eggs, for others it will be more difficult. As for some this will be useless as for others very useful. It depends on the person.
