Whenever a patient comes in a critical condition in any case. Doctors get a Consent by patient or someone from his / her blood relation. Sometimes you don't know on which form you are signing. Actually you are giving the permission of your life to doctor to do what do you want.
Today my search is about a very valuable app named EnformedConsent.
Traditional paper informed consents or uninformed consents, Patients, which can be our family members signing there life away without even knowing and understanding what they are signing.
EnformedConsent is the first electronic consent form signing application to include all this data in one place, providing ease of use and peace of mind to both patients and facilities alike.

Nice hunt! Informing as well. This will make it considerably more easy for staff members, patients and allopathic white coats to do what what they're trained to do. I only wish they had to consent to the patient as well instead of just covering their bases.
