I am a follower of automation. This is another area, human resources, where things are going to change greatly in the next decade. The interview process is going to change completely.
Human resources is primed to be completely turned around by automation. I do not think they realize it but those who are embracing this software are most like working towards putting themselves out of a job.
I agreed with you. The problem with hiring has been there for many decades, it is always hard for the company to find the right talent the right person for the position and responsibility. There are many job are going to be replace by all the software and tools, it is a matter of time
