This looks interesting. The dApps get ranked by holding that sites tokens. If they can actually get all dApps to be listed on there, this will be a really good thing to use. I have seen a few mobile apps like this & each one had completely different ones on it. Not sure why he wants to be the "the netscape of decentralized apps" no one uses Netscape anymore lol.
