Some of us have this really boring To Do List and most of the times it is only written in a sticky note or even a planner which we forgot to do on a later part of the day.
#What if you can intergrate Gaming and Doing your Regular Task in one then?
Meet Habitica the online app that helps you set up your task and then after completing the task you will be rewarded with some golds that you can use to either strengthen your character or even buy some in game items.
To test it out I also downloaded the app.
First impression, this is like a retro game that you have HOBO style. Then you will need to connect to your gmail account and automatically you are on the character creation page.
Very limited characterization
The good thing about it is you can plan the things that you will need to do.
Habits/ Dailies and To Do's
- These are the things that you do on a regular basis, you just need to edit and add the things that you do or you are planning to do. When you accomplished it then you are all set for that one and you just need to click the button on the left side to claim your rewards and experience.
Once done and you accumulated some coins you can go to the Rewards Shop to buy your equipment from potions, swords, shields and armor.
Another thing that I find it really cool on this app is the challenges that are available in public. They do have a challenge wherein you will need to be an Animal Rescuer/ House cleaning challenges and more. Those challenges are initiated by some people using the app and once you completed the challenge automatically you will be receiving a gem from them.
I can say that this app is something that can be download and be keep especially if you are always using your cellphone. Though it works the same as your planner with the rewards that you are getting gems and coins by simply completing your task is truly enjoyable.
Bye for now I need to finish some task before a boss comes so that I am prepared for a battle.
