Health has been one of the things that we should invest on and today I am sharing this product as my hunt.
If you are not that expert/ new to the Yoga or stretching exercises we tend to look for Youtube videos or even books to see if ever that we are posing it right, with this mat there's no need for you to look on your smart phone anymore because you can see it already and you can just focus on yourself and sometimes look at the mat to see the poses.
It has 2 editions available for you. Either you choose the Original Edition.
That have Stretching Exercises perfect for the morning routine. Because we definitely need stretching everyday regardless on what your condition is and also includes the 59 Yoga Poses, which is set to the Yoga Sequences, therefore when you start with the Yoga you will not be stuck into one position.
And then you can choose the 2nd Edition called Kamasutra Edition:
That is for the sake of Art. Just google what Kamasutra is or here's wikipedia link to see what does that mean.
The product is made from best materials, the cork or the one that you lie on is soft, comfortable, hypo-allergenic and lastly has an anti-microbial properties. Plus the anti-slip features wherein you can be sure that you will not slip especially if you are doing the hard poses.
Aside from that since it is mapped already, if you have a friend that has this yoga mat you can go ahead and challenge them to a game.
I think this item might be a need for some since it is really helpful plus the design isn't that boring. Especially if it is hanging in your wall.
