Good day. I agree that such application can be very useful, but still you should start from other ways how to recover deleted photos from your iOS device. You will need to check Recently Deleted Folder (Photos App), try to use iCloud Backup and/or iTunes Backup. More detailed info and guides you can find there - iphone photo recovery.
