The best thing to make children do a job is to inspire them, motivate them and reward them.
Sergeant Simon does it's job beautifully. Very intuitive approach in dealing with little ones.
It can really give children self confidence and enhance their creativity.
Yes that is very true. Its a great engagement tool for the child to do something and then be rewarded for it. Plus fun is the stimulus in this case, which is of great benefit.
