Denn was gibt es wichtigeres, als auf seine Gesundheit zu schauen, oder?
Ich kann am besten auf dem Berg bzw. In der Natur meine Akkus wieder aufladen!

    Agreed @tomhall, basically the principle of climbing is not only talking about prestige, but how we can maximize our body to challenges all situation, because our health must be in train too

    Mir hilft es mit meiner Kamera unterwegs zu sein. Das ist ein guter Ausgleich für den Altag. Wenn das nicht möglich ist einfach am See liegen oder in der Natur sein.

    Biken und einfach weg vom PC und anderen Computern. Verträgt sich aber schlecht mit Steemit.... :-(

    Kein Burn-Out aber definitiv auch kein Bore-Out. Komplettieren lässt sich das m Erlebnis mit einem Sprung in einen Gebirgssee :)
