The library gives an awesome experience to those who love physical books. But in this day and age, books have evolved into applications downloadable by a computer, cellphone or tablet but we always get amazed by the thousands of books displayed in libraries.

I love to see old books with hard covers where you can barely read the title and the pages that have been punlished tinted through the ages. A physical book is a totally different experience and one that no matter how technology advances will never be replicated.

Now days if we want information we just turn on our laptops, phones, or desktops and connect to the internet to Google whatever we need to know. Books are becoming a case of the past and to the point that printing them cost more than what you will get in return for the sales. The price of physical books keep dropping to the point that they are going to become a thing of the past and a collector item. Books stores as well are disappearing and just few remain trying to keep it alive. I hope to continue seeing libraries and books stores for the years to come and keep this unique experience alive.

This is my entry to the Contest Funny Comic Strip by @cobmaximus

Lol! Kids these days ;p

To 'google' a physical space will probably be possible in our lifetimes, I only hope its open source software and not some giant proprietary company that rules over us.

Cheers!

Thank you for stopping by! Hehehe! Very true.

Thanks also for including your process. How long will a comic like this take you to complete?

This one took me around 3 hours because is just one pannel with too many details.

Yes these critters have so much color, they are vibrant details, and it seems like they are always so curious and full of life, your comics!

Thank you very much! I'm glad you like them.

If only it was as simple as googling everything haha

If you want to know something just google it. Hehehe! That's the solution for everything.

One panel, but the image says it all. I truly understood the concept even without reading your explanation at all. I agree, real books are slowly disappearing. More people have been buying ebooks because it is cheaper and easier to carry than a book. Plus it saves space at home. But still, nothing can compare to the joy of being able to touch and smell the pages of a book. It's funny, but is sad at the same time. Great concept!

Thank you very much! Yeah, nothing can compare to a real book experience. @hiddenblade

Haha that comic is epic. Sad but true in the same time.
And about what you said, yeah it's really a pain to see that nowadays everything gets absorbed by technology which keeps evolving from a day to another and soonish we will no longer need to drive a car, go to work, or do whatever action from our daily routine just because it can be easily made via our phone or computer.
But a thing is for sure, that no technology and nothing in this world can actually replace the smell of the old books and the feelings we have while getting lost in a great story we are reading.
And I do hope as well that this thing will be kept alive long time from now on.

Yes, indeed! Thank you for stopping by. @gabrielatravels

Haha, this is funny. Hope you do well in tbe contest.

I like the quiet and calm in the library and have till date not been able to finish a chapter of an ebook. I like it the old school way, the experience of flipping actual pages is an integral part of reading. But then may be trees that go into printing books aren't good either.

That's true. Thank you! I'm glad you like it.

Funny with a deep message underneath!
Well done friend!

Thank you very much! @guri-gure
