Why does this bot exclude content not written in English? I'm not familiar with the machine learning techniques shown, in fact I've only just learned about these technologies from this post, but I see no reason this must be restricted to English only. I imagine you might have to separate each language and consider it individually, but that doesn't seem like much of a hurdle after all the machine learning.
