Not getting Money on steemit ???

The Problem with starters on steemit is that they dont get much steem dollars or upvotes.

Sometimes you put all your effort and hard work into your article and dont seem to get any reward for it and sometimes people dont even make any effort and get a decent ammount of money for it . People dont understand why this happens.

Before working on steemit we all need to understand the terms and conditions of it. We cant get money if we dont ven know how to get it.

Minnows or beginners at steemit try to survive in a community by using a tag or by sending their links to each other and upvoting them.
This method may get you upvotes but its not gonna get you decent ammount of money.
Why ?
Here is the reason.
Your Steem power matters.

Steem power is the ammount of influence you have on steemit.
Upvoted by a lower steem powerd person will get you only a few bucks but upvoted by a person having a decent steempower can get you a few dollars or even more.
When you just upvote people without even looking at what they are posting and whether it deservers your appreciation or not will result in decresing your steem power. As a result your upvote will have no effect on posts. People wanna follow people with more steem power so if they do get a upvote from any person it would count.
Steem power also eventually increase with the passage of time. So you dont need to worry about not getting upvoted. After some time people are gonna know you, follow you and upvote you.
By 2-3 months you can get a decent ammount of steem power , upvotes and followers.
So my advice to you all is , dont rush. You will get what you deserve but you need to be a little patient.
