Is this right?
I have noticed that some content creators upvote their posts. Not sure if that affects the reward. Not sure if that is frowned upon.
On closer inspection with how it makes me feel. The sense of shame pops into my mind. Admittedly it has happened in some of my earlier posts. Torn feelings.
Was it right? Was it wrong?
Somebody save me from this feeling.

It makes me wonder if the upvote one places on their posts counts towards the over all performance of the post itself. There are so many strategies one can follow to artificially affect Steemit.
It's best to leave it to the pros.
