STEEM Power (SP), is essentially a measure of the influence on this site. The more SP you hold the more you can influence how much recognition other posts get. It's like being a highly respected critic. You can change the STEEM token to SP, but you will trade the value of fluid for Internet influence. Steem Dollars (SBD), pegged to $ 1 USD.
