I can’t help you. YOU have to talk to Cheetah and the other people in that group. The longer you wait to do that the less forgiving they will be. Go tell them you realized your mistakes and won’t copy/paste or spam again! It has to be from you!
Yes it’s really important that you remove the ban!! It’s as simple as talking to the people in that Steemit.Chat room that Cheetah told you to visit. Did you sign up for Steemit.chat yet?
